Wired Ita, Atlas of innovation

Design of maps and illustrations about the best innovating ideas published on Wired Italia issue n. 76 called “(R)Evolution”, the atlas of innovation.

The map's elements like mountains, cities, shores and greenery are replaced by microchips, circuits and abstract symbols which are related to tech and informatic field. As a result the maps are simple and direct, strengthened by the use of an essential color palette made by grey, black and white. Also the illustrations follow this idea with the use of symbols and abstract shapes.
